We begin in the Name of Allah ﷻ, the Most Merciful and Compassionate,
We ask that He ﷻ sends Peace and Blessings upon our noble and beloved
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ

The law of process in leadership is that it develops daily, not in a day. No one is born a leader; we are always striving to become one. Some may claim that leaders are born, but that's not true. Leadership is a continuous effort.

Have you ever heard of the Prophet ﷺ taking a day off from his leadership responsibilities? The answer is no.

He worked tirelessly for the sake of humanity, for you and me. To truly benefit ourselves, we must get involved—we have no choice.

Every day brought a new challenge for the Prophet ﷺ: a new problem to manage, a new threat to his life and the lives of his followers, a new hypocrite to deal with, a new tribe to negotiate with, a new rumor about him or his family to quell, and a new strategy to develop. He was always on his toes, always looking out.

May Allah ﷻ grant us tawfiq to develop our own leadership daily.
